The Dive Guide certification is the first step towards an exciting career as an SSI Dive Professional.
Professional Dive Guides can work for SSI Dive Centres all over the world, guiding dives in a variety of environments and conditions. At Tramuntana Diving we are here to help you prepare for this and assist in your transition from recreational to professional diver.
The SSI Dive Guide course at Tramuntana Diving is designed to broaden your skills both inside and outside of the water. Through a combination of academic classes, confined water sessions and open water dives you will learn how to anticipate, prevent and solve problem situations while making decisions that guarantee the safety, comfort and enjoyment of the group in your charge.
Upon completion of this course you will earn the SSI Dive Guide Certification and have the knowledge and experience that you need in order to safely manage and lead groups of certified divers.
This course can be combined with the theoretical 'Science of Diving' module which, upon completion, would grant the candidate the much coveted SSI Divemaster Rating. At Tramuntana Diving we are specialised in professional diving so if you have an interest in starting your diving career then why not get in touch to find out how we can assist you.
* Final schedules may vary depending on numbers and personal progression.
