Formentor Island is a little island in front of Formentor beach. This island has a big cave outside of the water, a spectacular view from the boat. Underwater you can start the dive in 6mt and descends gradually following the wall to a depth of 18-20 meters. Follow the wall, keeping an eye out for resident Moray eels and nudibranches and arrive at a large arch at about 14 meters. Swim up and through the big hole at the top of the arch. On the way back you can admire the wonderful landscape and finish the dive diving throw a little hole called the eye of the needle. This dive site is rich of fish. You can find schools of barracuda, octopuses, groupers, moray eels, cuttlefishes, squid, scorpion fish, nudibranches and schools of different breams.
