SSI Full Immersion Freediving Program levels 1, 2 & 3

The SSI Full Immersion Freediving Program is an intensive apnea course for those who want to obtain the maximum recreational qualification in this discipline: the program, carried out in our dive center in Puerto Pollensa for 5 or 6 weeks, accredits those who they excel as freedivers with the SSI Freediving level 1, 2 and 3 courses, in addition to the SSI Training Tables Speciality Course.

This course is similar to the "Zero to Hero" programs that many diving centers offer but without forcing you to become an instructor directly *: you will simply become an experienced freediver capable of diving to great depths independently and safely.

Through theoretical classes, pool sessions and open water dives -with and without a buoy- you will learn advanced compensation and breathing techniques, improve your finning technique and, ultimately, improve the breathing and oxygen consumption of your body to make longer and deeper dives.

With a schedule of 3 days of class and one of rest: this course is perfect to immerse yourself in the world of apnea at the same time you spend a few great days in Mallorca with the small great family of Tramuntana Diving.
