Learn the basics of breathing, breath-hold and freediving technique to safely freedive with a buddy in confined water environments to a depth of 5m.

Our Try Freediving experience is designed for you to have fun in the water while learning new skills that will help you become a more confident and comfortable swimmer. The main goal is for you to have fun and discover what freediving is all about.

We will start with a short explanation where we will cover topics such as breathing and relaxation techniques which are key for you to have a good time in the water. Once in the water we will have an introduction of what freediving is with some technique practise, followed by a Fun Diving session to explore the local marine life.
